Evgenia Kulikova, Watzmannstr. 47, 83451 Piding, Deutschland

A data protection officer is neither legally required nor appointed.

2. Overview — a static website

This website is a purely static information page about the artistic work of Evgenia Kulikova. It sets no cookies, uses no local browser storage (localStorage / sessionStorage), no analytics, tracking or audience-measurement services, no advertising networks, no social-media plugins and no content embedded from third-party servers (such as YouTube, Vimeo or Google Maps). Fonts, images and scripts are served exclusively from our own server; no resources are loaded from third-party servers. A cookie or consent banner is therefore not required.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by a service provider that makes it technically available on our behalf: IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur.

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes access data in server log files. This may include: the IP address of the requesting device, the date and time of access, the page or file requested, the amount of data transferred, the HTTP status code, the previously visited page (referrer) as well as browser type and operating system.

The purpose is the technically error-free provision as well as the stability and security of the website (including the detection and defence against attacks). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log data is not merged with other data sources and is not used to identify individual persons. It is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the stated purpose; security-relevant logs are kept only for a short period.

4. Contact (email, phone, WhatsApp)

This website contains no contact form. If you contact us by the means provided — email, phone or WhatsApp — we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address or phone number as well as the content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry. Providing this data is voluntary; however, without contact details we cannot answer your enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as the enquiry is aimed at concluding or initiating a contract (such as purchase or commission enquiries about works), otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your details are deleted once the enquiry has been conclusively handled and no statutory retention obligations (e.g. § 257 HGB, § 147 AO) apply.

When you contact us via WhatsApp, data is additionally processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. or Meta Platforms; data may also be processed outside the European Union. The use of WhatsApp is voluntary — email and phone are available as equivalent alternatives.

5. External links and sales platforms

This website links to external offerings (including Instagram, Facebook as well as gallery and sales platforms such as Antikmarkt Tirol, Queenberg and Singulart). Data is only exchanged with these providers once you actively click a link and open their page — merely viewing this website transfers no data to third parties. The respective providers alone are responsible for the processing on the linked pages.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). To exercise them, a message to the controller named above is sufficient.

Right to object: Insofar as we process data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). Competent authorities include the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

7. No automated decision-making

Automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, does not take place.
